Vinoba Gunnoo
Vinoba Gunnoo is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), registered with the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) as a Licensed Auditor and a member of The Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA) as a Public Practitioner with 29 years of experience. Vinoba has started his career in 1987 with Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) and successively with Arthur Andersen and BDO up to November 2003 when he joined Nexia Baker & Arenson, a Member firm of NEXIA International, as Partner.
Partner in charge of the accounting & audit of a portfolio of clients operating in various industries in Mauritius ranging from leading call centres,construction,manufacturing,fast food oulets,distribution,retailing,telecommunication,offshore and finance.
Vinoba has a wide experience in accounting, auditing, taxation (corporate, personal and value added tax), and other financial consulting assignments both in Africa and in Mauritius.
He is currently the CEO and Managing Partner of Clark Robbins & Associates Group of Companies and sits as Non – Executive Independent directors on Risk & Audit Committees of major local companies. He specialises in accounting, taxation, audit & business advisory.
Koushaldev Ramkalawon
Koushaldev Ramkalawon holds a BSc (Hons) Computer Science with Network Security from the University of Technology of Mauritius and professional qualifications such as CompTIA A+ Certification and CCNA.
His work experience has been rich in both private and public bodies as he worked as an Associate Software Engineer, Computer Support, Cisco Network Engineer and Senior Infrastructure Support Analysis.
In 2011, when he has been working as Cisco Network Engineer at Orange Business Services, he was awarded best employee award for managing Orange Gold Customers which included international companies such as MasterCard Worldwide and Carrefour.
He heads the IT & communication department of Clark Robbins & Associates.
Nitish Purusram
Nitish Purusram holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of London, UK and an LLM (with Distinction) in International Banking and Finance Law from the University of West of England, UK.
He has acquired legal experience in various law firms and chambers in Mauritius and has worked with many eminent senior counsels.
Nitish heads the corporate secretarial & tax department of Clark Robbins & Associates. He is also the legal advisor and Money Laundering Officer (MLRO) of the firm.
